At the end of each quarter, each account director may nominate (via Google Form) one client reference/advocate program manager in the form of a brief summary of the nominee’s accomplishments over the past quarter (250 words or less).
Examples of accomplishments:
– Innovative/Creative program promotion (communication plan, use of Slack/Chatter/Teams)
– Design of a CxO-aligned dashboard
– Demonstrated partnership with sales, sales leadership or other stakeholders
– Successful launch of a contest (e.g., user or customer rewards – nominations, user activity)
