Microsoft Teams for ReferenceEdge

With the Microsoft Teams for ReferenceEdge integration, you can request references from colleagues, receive updates on reference requests that are currently in progress, get notified of points earned for advocate activities, and more. Your team responsible for customer advocates can also be notified of prospective advocate nominations, and advocate requests for the customer advocate program.

This integration requires both ReferenceEdge from Point of Reference, and Microsoft Teams.
