Point of Reference Conspicuous Achievement Award

Purpose
PoR recognition of reference program accomplishments. Recognize the customer advocate/marketing program leader and make their leadership aware they have a program “superstar.”

Nomination Guidelines
At the end of each quarter, each account director may nominate (via GoogleForm) one client reference/advocate program manager in the form of a brief summary of the nominee’s accomplishments over the past quarter (250 words or less).

Examples of accomplishments:
– Innovative/Creative program promotion (communication plan, use of Slack/Chatter/Teams)
– Design of a CxO-aligned dashboard
– Demonstrated partnership with sales, sales leadership or other stakeholders
– Successful launch of a contest (e.g., user or customer rewards – nominations, user activity)
– Successful/Active user group
– Successful usage of ReferenceEdge feature(s)

Voting
– Each account director will vote for one of the nominees
– Account directors may not vote for their own nominee
– The nominee with the most votes wins

Award Perks
– Email with “digital award” certificate will be sent to the winner and their leadership team
– $250 gift card
– Mention in client newsletter
– Social media post (PoR LinkedIn, Twitter and Facebook)
