Specific responsibilities include:

  • Relationship management (you are the CEO of your accounts)
  • Project management (deployment and ongoing)
  • Technical assistance with data migration and support cases
  • End-user software training

Requirements:

  • 5 years minimum account management/customer success, preferably in the tech space
  • Business-to-business—not business-to-consumer—work experience
  • Experience with the Salesforce® CRM platform
  • High technical aptitude
  • 4-year undergraduate degree (business degree preferred)
  • High degree of self-motivation requiring minimal supervision
  • Strong analytical skills (data in particular)
  • Super natural problem-solving skills
  • Organized and detail-oriented nature
  • Concise, professional written and verbal communications
  • Microsoft Office skills (especially Excel + Word)
  • Natural curiosity, a quick learner
  • Demonstrable sense of humor, humility, and self-confidence
  • Home-office in the state of Colorado

Starting base compensation: $70,000 + incentives
